Highly recommend!  Called Julian's Plumbing yesterday (a Sunday) so we could get on their schedule for today.  I expected a VM, but Jason answered right away and scheduled us for first thing this morning.  He came at 7:45 this morning and spent more than 2 hours to diagnose our problem (tree roots blocking our sewage pipe) and clearing the blockage.  He called the City of Frederick Water to come and make sure there was no further blockage from the City's sewage pipe.  He pointed out some shoddy work that Michael & Son did 3 1/2 years ago when a new sewage pump was installed.  We tried to get the other plumber to contact us to talk about repairing their shoddy work, but we never received a call back.  We will follow up with them tomorrow.  Meanwhile, Jason came back later in the afternoon and performed the repair for us.  Sure wished we had called Julian's Plumbing 3 1/2 years ago when we needed a new sewage pump.  We were new to the area and didn't know any better.  Lesson learned!

The plumber arrived on time. He was able to assess the problem and give me a breakdown of the cost. It took about 2 hours for him to replace the piping under the kitchen sink. He cleaned up after the job was completed. Plumbing is expensive no matter which company you select. This place was no exception but they get the work done

Ok, I have to write an update --- two things that are a little unsettling.  First, when I wrote my last post about our blockage issues.  I was told to begin using bio-clean, a natural bacteria that would hopefully begin taking care of the problem.  I was told it was about $50 bucks to purchase it,  but if I posted something positive about ER online they would send me a container of it.  Miraculously after typing out my post while the plumber was still here...he had a canister in his truck.  A bribe, yes, but I accepted it, since it was going to save me $50 bucks and at the time thought they did a good job.  My ultimate diagnosis was that my pipes were bowing and we would likely have to tear out the pipes and have them completely replaced (a job in the thousands of dollars range) but to begin with the bio clean and see how that works, it might buy us some time.  Since that time my handyman was here -- heard the gurgle in our drain and said he thought it sounded like a blockage in the airway. (in fairness ER suggested this too, but said they wouldn't go on the roof to investigate).  My handyman was also not excited by a roof romp, but decided to check the attic area where the pipes come down.  And what do you know, he found a clog.  He was able to flush it out....and now no more problem.  No gurggling noise, none of the previous symptoms.  And maybe in part because of the bio-clean.  Just seems odd that my handyman at $35 an hour easily solved this problem when I had to pay over $400 to have ER come out and not fix it.  Oh, and I have gotten a second opinion on the bowing.....they didn't see what ER saw.  I am just saying.

Jordan was amazing. I made a ridiculous error when scheduling during a time where having the water being turned off would have been impossible and felt so foolish. Jordan thought of a solution, fixed the problem, and installed my water heater with as little disruption as possible!  I really thought my lack of common sense was going to cause me another ice cold shower, but he fixed that. He was so easy and pleasant to have at the house that I felt 110% comfortable. I will never go anywhere else. I hope you hire Carolina Plumbing and I really hope you get Jordan as your contact. Nick is the best!! Came out, in between jobs, 45 minutes after I called and a local plumber bailed.
Helped my SO move the vanity and even gave us some nails to put the molding back.
Can not recommend this gentleman more. Seriously, we are moving to Cornelius in two weeks and he saved us not coming in to a master bath without plumbing. Will only recommend and use this guy going forward.

I just want to thank Service Pro for coming out and fixing my hot water today. I was 11 days without hot water trying to go through my warranty and the owners along with John who fixed my water heater saved the day! I highly recommend this company. I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. Excellent service on a blocked main-line.  Showed up on time, dispatch called me 30 minutes ahead of time. Team had the right equipment (camera, power snake, wax rings, etc...) on-hand and got the job done.  They were straight forward with the job, pulled the toilet, ran the camera, ran the snake, cleared the line, re-installed the toilet, cleaned-up and left me with a smile on my cheeks!

We have had Charlotte Plumbing visit us 2x in the last 8 months, the first time was for ROOT intrusion on our main line, the second was for blocked main for flushed products.  In both instances we had the work done quickly and cleanly.  

The root-intrusion required them to dig up the front yard and replace the pipes.  They showed up at 8am and were done by 4pm. Flushing toilets and taking showers by 5pm.

The team members that arrived were clean and picked up after themselves, if they dropped something on the floor they picked it up.

The only work I had to do was give the house a mop afterwards for good sanity!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mike Garvey Plumbing.  I have called on Mike two times in the past 2 months for work I needed done at my home.  Mike is very prompt, professional and knowledgeable.  I work full time so it's crucial that I can make an appointment and have the service person show up when they say they are going to so my whole day workwise is not shot (on top of a plumbing bill to boot!!)  Mike has been here exactly when he says he will be - And he always calls prior to the appointment letting me know he is on his way which is an added bonus.  He is very friendly (not intimidating) and very knowledgeable and explains things so 'a woman can understand'!  Being a woman -not knowing much about plumbing I always worry service folks will take me to the cleaners as I do not know when something can or can't be fixed or to what extreme the repair should be - aka $$$!   Do not hesitate to call on Mike Garvey Plumbing - no matter how big or small your request is.  He is AMAZING!   And at a very fair price!

I didn't end up needed their service, but did spend contact WyattWorks for a quote. I sold the house and didn't replace the hot water heater, but WyattWorks was easy to contact and schedule service.

We had Mike Walker with Brian Long Plumbing to our home today. We had a leaking sink fixed and a new toilet and pedastal sink installed. The work, advice and professionalism was outstanding. I highly recommend this company. It is nice to have someone so pleasant and who also really puts pride in his work at the same time.

Very professional. Provided cost savings ideas and suggestions for how to maximize our budget for future projects. I would highly recommend this firm.

I had a real plumbing emergency upon returning from vacation. My upstairs toilet overflowed severely. Justin provided excellent customer service via the telephone. Walking me through how to shut off my water in my home and advising me that he would be to me immediately to help me get to the bottom of what was going on. He was very polite, helpful, and he educated me on what exactly transpired, very quick and efficient. I definitely would highly recommend this company. Should you experienced any plumbing emergencies highly recommended.

My girlfriend called these guys and the people are polite, capable and courteous, but their pricing for a simple sink drain cleanout is insane.  $89 for a trip charge (not credited into the job) + $473 to snake the drain for a pre tax total of $562; with tax a total of  $602.75. This job was less than an hour onsite.  
They claim upfront pricing, but do not give even rough pricing over the phone and will tell you that a knowledgable technician will call you and schedule an appointment.  The upfront pricing comes when they are on site and the clock is running with, in our case, an intimidated lady feeling trapped into the deal.
I have over 25 years in the construction industry as a licensed general contractor/remodeler/inspector and while I appreciate trade work and the cost to value as it relates to skill and overhead expense, there are some things that are way out of line. I would have done this myself, but my girlfriend was trying not to worry me with a simple problem leaving me to find out after the fact when I saw the invoice.

Once again these guys get the job done, but for a simple drain cleanout it would be in your best interest to shop elsewhere.

Chris Cabana came out and gave my heat and air unit a cleaning and safety check. He was very professional and came on time. I will definitely get him to come out in the Spring to do another check up.

We had a true EMERGENCY tonight and the woman who answered the phone not only seemed disinterested but she was annoyed. She first quoted me $150 an hour (which I wrote down amongst all of my notes from trying to reach a reputable plumber) but then as I was trying to see if she was going to get someone here faster than another company who gave me a 3 hour window, she told me it would be $175/hour. Now that's dishonest, tacky and inexcusable. I would have paid whatever. I found a great company who came directly out and helped us. No thanks to Dickerson....

I was having issues and called this place to come out to inspect.  This was on Wednesday and the guy told me someone would be here on Thursday. Great!  Waited all day on Thursday, no one showed. I called them back and they said I was on the schedule for Friday (even though I received my text).  So, whatever, Friday it is.  Now after waiting all day again, no one showed up and I received another text to see we'll see you tomorrow (meaning Saturday).  These people have no clue of what they are doing.  Go somewhere else!
